Because each piece is hand made and much attention is given to the final item returns are on a case by case basis. I do want you to love your selection as much as I loved creating it for you. If for some reason you have a concern please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your order. If your item is going to be a gift I understand that everyone’s taste in jewelry is not created equal. If for some reason the piece is not agreeable please contact me so we can find a reasonable solution.
